- Original Factory Warranty applies to all product. - In case of warranty claims on FIM umbrellas, please contact the manufacturer directly at 888-551-5221. - Absolutely no returns without prior authorization. - goods must be returned in original, undamaged, re-sellable condition in the original packaging. - A re-stocking charge may apply to any returned goods which have been shipped factory direct (e.g. Umbrellas). - Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (original and return). - A refund will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected for damage. -
Customer is responsible for any damage to returned goods. Please make sure to insure your
return shipment against possible shipping damage.
